  • At this stage there is, unfortunately, no Medicare rebate available for telehealth consultations where face to face appointments are not available. As in this case.

  • Yes, a AUD$100 deposit is required to secure your booking. This booking deposit is forfeited if you fail to attend your appointment. We do understand that “life happens”. Please email us if you are unable to make your appointment and would like to reschedule. We do request at least 24 hours notice.

    There are many advantages to telehealth services but unfortunately the disadvantage is that no physical examination is available which remains a big part of the general practitioner role and investigation of many specific problems.
